Online drawing telephone for teams
Everyone writes a sentence. The next person draws it without seeing anything else, the following one describes the drawing, and so on. At the end the chains are revealed step by step, and the fun is seeing how the original idea got lost along the way.

How to play drawing telephone
- Create a Drawing Telephone room and share the link.
- Everyone writes a sentence to start their own chain.
- Next step, you get someone else’s sentence and draw it.
- Then you get a drawing and describe what you see. Steps alternate until each chain has gone around.
- At the end, the host reveals the chains one by one, item by item.
Rules
- Each step you only see the previous item of the chain in your hands.
- You can edit until the step’s time runs out; your draft is sent automatically at the end.
- Anyone who does not send in time is skipped and the chain moves on.
- 3 to 10 players; with more than 8, each chain goes through 8 people.
Tips for your team
- Sentences with action work best: "the boss surfing on a spreadsheet" beats "dog".
- Share the host’s screen during the reveal so everyone laughs together.
